Dyna VST effect

Channel strip with saturation and dynamic control.

Up to 10 IIR (Infinite Impulse Response) filters, each one with optional band saturation and dynamic equalization (compression, gating).

Each filter can be set to allpass, providing detailed equalization and serial dynamic control

(i.e.: full-band-gate -> full-band-compressor -> equalizer -> de-esser -> multiband compressor).

"Brackets" mode replaces the EQ with a set of parallel filters (with optional allpass mode), for detailed multiband equalization and parallel dynamic control.

(i.e.: track-"bracketing" -> multiband-noise-gate -> full-band-compressor -> 2nd-stage-compressor).

"Dynamic" exciter adds harmonics proportionally to gain reduction (for a "saturation" effect).
